Customer Service

Position: Customer Support Representative /
Hours: 20-24 hours/week

• Answer phones and greet clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Add and maintain client information in CRM systems.
• Provide support to prospective and current clients as needed.
• Coordinate kits for agent appointments.
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding cancellation letters, change requests, and updates.
• Upload monthly renewals from carriers into the CRM.
• Assist the team with various projects.
• Assist with the yearly open enrollment period (October to December), requiring additional hours per week during this time, including some Saturdays.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask effectively.
• Prior experience in health insurance is a plus, particularly in Medicare.
• Self-motivated and well-organized.
• Adaptable and able to go with the flow.
• Flexible schedule during the busy season (October to December each year).
