Full Time Clerical AURORA/SOLON, Aurora, OH, US

Salary Range: $25.00 To $28.00 Hourly

2K Dental is actively seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to join our Aurora office!

We are looking for a confident, organized leader with strong dental office management experience who can oversee day-to-day operations, support and develop the team, and help ensure an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of dental practice operations, collections, scheduling, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Collect revenue from office production in a timely and consistent manner.
  • Coordinate with staff to manage patient schedules and treatment plans effectively.
  • Oversee patient relations; help explain office policy to patients as needed.
  • Oversee staff and foster a productive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively to promote teamwork and staff retention.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing a dental office is required.
  • Must have a strong understanding of dental terminology and healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance.
  • Strong experience with dental office collections and revenue cycle processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Must possess strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff.
  • Experience in a Medicaid office is highly preferred.

Office Hours
