Family Tree Rehabilitation, part of The Campus of Anna Maria, is seeking a Full-Time Speech Therapist to join our therapy department. Located on a serene wooded campus in Ohio, we are a family-owned and operated skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional, resident-centered rehabilitation services in a warm and supportive environment.

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals improve communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life through evidence-based therapy
Starting rate: $36 , with potential for higher pay based on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities of Speech Therapist
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services to [children/adults/both] with a variety of communication disorders
- Document progress and maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in meetings, IEPs (if applicable), and professional development activities
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to individuals or groups
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate clients and families on strategies to support communication and carryover
- Participate in meetings (e.g., IEPs, care conferences) as required
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, state regulations, and organizational policies

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs welcome, if applicable)
