Join our team in a flexible PRN position with a predictable weekend schedule. This role involves working every third weekend, including Saturday and Sunday, with additional opportunities to provide coverage for holidays and staff vacations.

You’ll help create engaging programs that improve residents’ quality of life, social engagement, and emotional well‑being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily activities programs in a nursing home / senior living setting
- Lead and support group activities, games, crafts, music, and events
- Provide one‑by‑one engagement for residents
- Encourage participation in recreational and therapeutic activities
- Support activity planning and documentation
- Help coordinate holiday events, outings, and social programs
- Work with the care team to support resident‑centered care plans
- Previous experience in working with those with Dementia/Alzheimer's helpful but not necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in activities, recreation, healthcare, or senior living is a plus
- Previous experience in working with those with Dementia/Alzheimer's helpful but not necessary
- Open to candidates seeking entry‑level healthcare, caregiver, or CNA-related experience
- Friendly, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
