$14.00 – $16.00 per hour (based on experience)
Join our team in a flexible PRN position with a predictable weekend schedule. This role involves working every third weekend, including Saturday and Sunday, with additional opportunities to provide coverage for holidays and staff vacations.

You'll help create engaging programs that improve residents'quality of life, social engagement, and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Assist withdaily activities programs in a nursing home / senior living setting
- Lead and supportgroup activities, games, crafts, music, and events
- Provideone-on-one engagement for residents
- Encourage participation inrecreational and therapeutic activities
- Supportactivity planning and documentation
- Help coordinateholiday events, outings, and social programs
- Work with the care team to supportresident-centered care plans
-Previous experience in working with those with Dementia/Alzheimer's helpful but not necessary
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience inactivities, recreation, healthcare, or senior living is a plus
- Previous experience in working with those with Dementia/Alzheimer's helpful but not necessary
- Open to candidates seekingentry-level healthcare, caregiver, or CNA-related experience
- Friendly, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
