Competitive starting salary $38 - $50 per hour based on experience

Position Summary The Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) is responsible for evaluating residents and developing, implementing, and updating individualized occupational therapy plans of care to help residents achieve maximum independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities of Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR)
Perform occupational therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment in accordance with physician orders

Supervise and collaborate with COTAs as applicable

Accurately document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge plans

Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team communication

Ensure compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and state and federal regulations

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
