Finisher​/Fabricator

Trelleborg Seals & Profiles, Americas in Aurora, Ohio, is hiring for our Finishing department across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up and operating various rubber fabricating equipment.
• Running equipment such as injection molders, splicers, cutters, tapers, saws, and stampers.
• Mounting molds, tools, and fixtures, making final settings, and selecting the sequence of operations.
• Checking parts for quality at the first piece and periodically, making necessary adjustments.
• Operating multiple units based on load and cycles.
• Working with injection molding machines.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Capability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using a ruler and basic math skills.
