Now Hiring: PEM Machine Operator - Aurora, OH
Champion Personnel is hiring a PEM Operator for a growing and stable manufacturing company in Aurora, Ohio. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay, excellent benefits upon hire, and long-term career potential.
Pay & Schedule
- $20-$22/hour
- Need 1 for each shift:
Multiple shifts available:- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday
- 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM, Monday-Thursday
- Weekend
Shift:- Friday: 2:00 PM - 2:00 AM
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
- Operate and set up PEM machinery
- Load materials and operate foot pedal controls
- Upload and execute machine programs
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Troubleshoot basic production issues and communicate with supervisors
- At least 1 year of machine operating experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- Steel toe boots required
- Stable and rapidly growing company
