Layer Zero Power Systems in Aurora, OH is seeking a Finishing Operator for an on-site epoxy/paint line role. You will prepare parts, apply coatings, monitor cure, and ensure finish quality while maintaining production efficiency and safety.
You will operate spray equipment and curing ovens, read work instructions, adjust line speed, document counts and material usage, and identify defects for corrective action, lifting up to 50 lbs and standing long shifts.
