Mechanical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Assembler for an on‑site position in Streetsboro.

In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of fabricated and electrical components, subassemblies, and enclosures. Key duties include:

• Assembly & Technical Execution: Interpreting 3D models and assembly drawings, using hand tools to assemble frames and sub‑assemblies, and installing flexibar and power cables per product designs.
• Quality & Precision: Applying torque drawings precisely, inspecting parts and assemblies for quality standards, and reporting issues to leadership.

Requirements: You should have prior experience in a manufacturing environment or transferable mechanical experience, along with the ability to read drawings and use hand tools and wire crimpers.

Physical Expectations: This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, perform tasks like bending, squatting, or reaching, and possess the fine motor dexterity to install small hardware.

Aurora, OH.

Work Hours:

05:00 AM – 01:30 PM.

Dress Code:
Shirts or t‑shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Steel/composite toed shoes or boots.
