Schedule:

Monday – Thursday, 2:30 PM to 12:30am

Pay: $20 to $22 per hour

We are currently hiring a Bead Blaster for a full-time, 2nd shift position with a growing manufacturing company. This role is responsible for preparing and finishing metal parts using bead blasting equipment, ensuring components are ready for paint and final assembly.

• Set up and prepare metal parts for blasting
• Operate and monitor bead blasting equipment
• Perform quality checks and maintain attention to detail
• Troubleshoot minor issues with equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work area (5S standards)
• Follow safety rules and company procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior manufacturing or metal finishing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and specifications
• Comfortable using hand tools and precision measuring instruments
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
