Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Do you enjoy building complex mechanical systems and working from technical drawings? Join our team as a Systems Assembler
, where you'll assemble, troubleshoot, and test industrial pumps and degassing equipment used in demanding manufacturing environments.

Working alongside Engineering and Production teams, you'll play a key role in transforming components into high-performance systems while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5 am - 3 pm

What You'll Do
  • Assemble and repair industrial pumps, degassing equipment, and mechanical systems from blueprints, sketches, and work instructions.
  • Interpret engineering drawings to accurately build assemblies to specification.
  • Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and mechanical fitting to meet design tolerances.
  • Conduct first-piece inspections and functional testing to verify product quality.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, hoists, tow motors, and precision measuring equipment.
  • Troubleshoot assembly and manufacturing issues in collaboration with Engineering.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with training team members on assembly processes.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused manufacturing environment.
Qualifications What You Bring
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of mechanical or manufacturing assembly experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, lifting equipment, and precision measuring devices.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Experience with electrical controls is a plus.
