Assistant Manufacturing Technician

TKC – Kodi Collective LLC seeks an Assistant Manufacturing Technician to support production of technology components for government and defense clients. In this role, you will assist with assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of IT and electronic hardware, follow detailed work instructions, and document results in digital systems. You’ll operate basic production tools, perform quality checks, maintain a clean, safe work area, and support process improvements.

Working in a collaborative, mission-focused environment, you’ll partner with engineers and senior technicians while gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and structured on-the-job training.
