Salary Range: $34.00 – $44.00 hourly. Minimum 1 year of experience in Short Term Rehabilitation, Hospital, or Long‑Term Care required.

Full Time 7p‑7a position available. This schedule requires an every‑other weekend rotation. 1 year of Long Term Care experience required.

• Earn up to $38 per hour for Full Time night shift LPN.
• Earn up to $44 per hour for Full Time night shift RN.

• Deliver and oversee resident care in accordance with all regulations and facility standards
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Supervise and support STNA team members
• Communicate with physicians and families regarding resident status and changes
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to clinical needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and charting
• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant care environment
• Assist with staff orientation and training

• Active LPN or RN license
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
• Must possess a current, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.
