7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 2 Days/Week Pay:

Provide and supervise resident care in Assisted Living Administer medications and treatments

Monitor resident conditions and report changes

Communicate with physicians and families

Supervise staff

Complete charting and documentation

Follow all state and facility regulations

Qualifications

Active Ohio LPN license

Reliable and compassionate
