RN Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor residents' conditions and report changes as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation.
- Perform routine nursing procedures and respond to medical emergencies.
- Supervise and provide direction to Nursing Assistants.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the healthcare team.
- Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
- Maintain infection-control, safety, and facility standards.
- Participate in required in-services and ongoing education.
