** Responsibilities
* ** Provide and oversee resident care in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility standards
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
* Monitor residents and promptly respond to changes in condition
* Communicate with physicians, residents, and families regarding resident care
* Supervise and support STNA team members
* Complete accurate and timely documentation and charting
* Assist with staff orientation and training as needed
* Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-focused environment##
** Qualifications
* ** Active
** LPN or RN license
** in the state of Ohio
* Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
