Job Overview
Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates must be prepared. The position requires product knowledge, problem‑solving skills, and merchandise handling skills.
Hourly Rate and Compensation- Hourly Rate: $15 – $28 per hour (actual may equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage).
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
