Job Description

As a part‑time stock brand Ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You love AEO Brand Standards, have an eye for merchandising, and keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• Effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising to keep product moving.
• Maintain Stockroom efficiency by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures are organized.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, collaborate with store leadership, plan and execute improvements.
• Assist teammates with non‑stock tasks or guest assistance as needed.
• Adhere to safety, Asset Protection, and AEO policies and procedures.

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, priority‑setting, and time‑management skills.
• Flexible availability – early morning, late evening, and weekends.
• Previous experience in a stock‑related role.
