Lids - 549 South Chillicothe Road - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints in the absence of the Store Manager;
Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up in the absence of the Store Manager;
Engage team members and maintain a respectful, inclusive environment aligned with brand standards;
Handle scheduling and staffing, including calling in associates during peak periods;
Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures;
Lead customer experience by addressing feedback and escalations and promoting membership programs;
Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store cleanliness and professional appearance;
Maintain store facilities and equipment and manage cash handling and opening/closing procedures
