Role: Front-End Supervisor
Responsibilities Include- Promoting an excellent customer experience through prompt, courteous service and engagement
- Leading and mentoring Associates, training on customer service and loyalty programs
- Managing register functions, POS coverage, and Associate breaks
- Addressing customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Ensuring store tasks are completed according to plan, prioritizing effectively
- Communicating clearly with team and management on priorities and progress
- Supporting store safety, adherence to policies, and shrink reduction efforts
- Promoting credit and loyalty programs and maintaining a safe environment
- 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to train and work collaboratively with team members
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
