Account Representative – Natural Essentials, Inc. (DBA Bulk Apothecary) is responsible for managing customer orders from initiation through delivery. The role serves as the direct point of contact for assigned customers and coordinates with multiple departments to ensure accurate processing and on‑time delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities- Act as the direct point of contact for assigned customers.
- Process and deliver orders according to customer needs and requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of customer products, pricing, and credit terms.
- Enter new customer orders into company systems.
- Manage inventory components required for purchase orders.
- Coordinate manufacturing scheduling with regard to order execution.
- Work with purchasing to order the necessary inventory for customer orders.
- Collaborate with accounting and shipping to organize release and transport of orders.
- Communicate between multiple departments including manufacturing, purchasing, supply chain, and quality.
- Regularly update customers on order status.
- Follow company procedures and processes relevant to account management.
- Create and compile required documentation at the start of each manufacturing job.
- Send reports on sales activity, potential issues, and account status.
- Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant sales or customer service experience.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, potentially high‑stress environment.
- Ability to take initiative, identify organizational needs, and provide innovative solutions.
- Desire to learn and be coached by experienced employees.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work across multiple departments.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers, coworkers, and suppliers.
- Strong time‑management skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to due dates.

- Uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
- Requires regular talking or hearing.
- Requires sitting, standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms.
Pay is between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour. The position is full‑time with hours approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
ReportingReports to the Sales Manager.
