Business Development Coordinator

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping connect them with our sales team and ensuring they receive outstanding service every step of the way.

What You'll DoAnswer inbound sales calls and assist customers with their inquiries

Respond promptly to internet leads

Schedule appointments for our Sales Representatives Follow up with customers through email and text messaging

Provide information about vehicle inventory, products, and services

Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction

Support the sales team with administrative and customer communication tasks

What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills

Basic computer proficiency

Pleasant and confident phone presence

Previous customer service experience preferred

Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required
