Sparex is currently seeking an Inbound Associate to join our team in Aurora, OH. Your impact will include checking in, labeling, and putting away inbound shipments using Microsoft Excel and P21 operating system. You will organize and prepare inventory transfer shipments as part of the inbounding process. You will work with the Quality Control Department and perform quality inspections as required as part of the inbounding process.

You will keep track of inbounding discrepancies using Microsoft Excel. You will keep good records of shipments and good paperwork organization of shipments and transfers. You will perform inventory and bin adjustments in P21 as part of the inbounding process. You will locate missing parts. You will unload inbound shipments  will help in other departments as needed.

Your experience and qualifications include a high school diploma or GED equivalent. You should have leadership, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and organization skills. You should have decision-making proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. You should be able to learn operating systems quickly (P21). You should be able to operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and Work Assist Vehicles. You should be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Forklift Certification is a plus.
