Staff Accountant – Austell, GA Salary

$80,000–$100,000 base + bonus potential

As the Staff Accountant, you will:

• Serve as an accounting liaison across multiple operational departments
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and related journal entries
• Review income statements for accuracy and completeness
• Conduct financial analysis and communicate findings to leadership
• Support month-end close and ongoing accounting operations

Ideal candidates for this Staff Accountant role will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis
• Advanced Excel skills
• CPA preferred
