Job Description
This is an entry-level position into the court services series. Incumbents perform routine support activities requiring general office knowledge. Clerical duties of this role are necessary in providing assistance to the public, ensuring the correct forms and paperwork are provided, and performing routine office work in support of the courts.
Essential Duties- Providing customer service
- Operating computers and applicable software
- Performing data entry
- Filing and maintaining records
- Using standard office equipment
- Communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public
Job Requirements / Information
- This job requires a public safety background check to include motor vehicle and criminal histories and fingerprinting.
- Knowledge of customer service principles, procedures, and tools.
- Proficiency in data entry and filing techniques.
The grade for this position is A13(1). Salary will be based on education and experience. Effective 4/11/2023, this position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- One (1) year of general office experience
- An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job
