Automania is looking for an
experienced, dependable Automotive Technician / Mechanic
to join our team.

We are looking for a technician who takes pride in their work, can accurately diagnose problems, and completes repairs correctly and efficiently.

• Minimum2–3 years of automotive repair experience
• Experience diagnosing and repairing
  mechanical and electrical issues
• Knowledge of
  brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, A/C, and engine repairs
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and general vehicle repairs
• Ability to use professional
  diagnostic scanners and equipment
• Ability to diagnose
  check-engine lights and other vehicle warning lights
• Experience working on a variety of makes and models
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have your own basic mechanic tools
• Reliable, responsible, and able to complete repairs in a timely manner
• Valid driver's license preferred

• Dealership or independent repair shop experience
• Experience with
  used vehicles and automotive reconditioning
• ASE certification is a plus, but
  not required

• Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical and electrical problems
• Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs
• Complete maintenance and reconditioning work on inventory vehicles
• Diagnose check-engine lights and other warning-light concerns
• Determine parts and labor required for repairs
• Communicate repair needs and findings with management
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
