Position Summary The SIOP Lead is responsible for driving alignment across Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver a single, integrated plan that supports revenue, profitability, and service objectives. This role owns the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process and serves as a key partner to executive leadership—translating complex supply and demand dynamics into actionable business insights. This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing a standardized SIOP playbook, leading executive-level discussions, and ensuring alignment between demand planning, inventory strategy, and financial targets.
The ideal candidate brings strong demand planning expertise, a deep understanding of supply chain operations, and the ability to confidently present to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
