The Project Management Intern will gain hands-on experience in management of the construction of commercial concrete structures by working with and supporting our project management teams.
Responsibilities:- Planning and budgeting projects
- Controlling and coordinating drawings and documents
- Planning and documenting safety procedures
- Planning and managing craft worker activities
- Purchasing and renting materials and equipment
- Contracting with and managing subcontractors
- Coordinating jobsite construction and logistics activities
- Communicating with clients, owners, architects, vendors, and subcontractors
- Financial management and reporting
- Working towards or planning to pursue a degree in Construction Management
- Proficient communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project)
