Location: Based out of Georgia (Projects across multiple states)

A well-established General Contractor headquartered in Georgia is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation projects across the Southeast and beyond. This contractor specializes in retail, restaurant, gas station/convenience store, and commercial construction
, delivering fast-paced, high-quality projects for national and regional clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys travel, and takes pride in delivering projects on schedule and to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized job site
  • Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and local codes
  • Work closely with Project Managers to control budgets and handle change orders
  • Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates
  • Maintain strong client relationships in the field

Projects are typically fast-track and require a Superintendent comfortable managing multiple trades in active environments.

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on retail, restaurant, gas station, or commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of ground-up construction and site coordination
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively
  • Skilled in managing subcontractors and driving schedules
  • Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality control
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
