The Role:

Associate Photographers are the talented and versatile team responsible for the media collection for  and  Equipped with top-of-the-line Pro 3 Matterport, digital camera equipment and iPad, our Associate Photographers create virtual tours, floor plans and photography for residential homes. Each Associate Photographer serves a core territory and schedules appointments to scan homes and apartments, capture virtual tours, floor plans, and residential photography for marketing purposes.

This role works closely with clients, sales associates, logistics and the management team and is managed remotely by a Photography Manager in local markets.

• Support marketing efforts on  and  by capturing high-quality 3-D virtual tours and footprints.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments, using photography techniques to present spaces effectively.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Professionally communicate with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.
• Own the market: when not photographing a residential home, navigate one-mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage.
• Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.
• Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment and represent CoStar professionally at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day. Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds. Repetitive hand and arm movements are needed to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment. Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying are necessary. Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons.

Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.

• At least 2 years of professional experience. Real estate photography experience required. Experience working as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.
• Be an experienced Drone Photographer with an FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time management skills and very detail-oriented. Capability to accurately capture and enter data. Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications. Enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment. Field experience preferred.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license. Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.

The Associate Photographer position is hourly plus bonus-eligible, with bonuses paid on a monthly cycle based on performance against predetermined metrics. The pay amounts to $50,000 annually, with opportunity for monthly bonuses. This is an hourly role.
