About the RoleWe’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our skilled and dedicated team in our Austell, GA location. You’ll be part of a close-knit crew that values professionalism, teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction. As a key point of contact for our customers, you’ll help ensure a smooth, positive experience from the first call through job completion, supporting both our customers and field technicians.
Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, scheduling efficiency, and the overall success of our operations.
What You’ll Do- Answering incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner
- Scheduling service appointments and coordinating job details with field technicians and operations staff
- Gathering and accurately documenting customer, vehicle, service and other related information
- Communicating job updates, timelines, and expectations to customers
- Supporting field technicians by relaying information and resolving issues as they arise
- Maintaining accurate records in company systems and ensuring documentation is complete
- Representing the company in a positive, helpful, and professional manner through all customer interactions
- Checking and maintaining accurate reports of hours worked by field staff
- Prior customer service experience within glass, automotive, fleet, or service-based industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Focused on accuracy not just job completion
