Inmark, Inc. a global leader in both Rigid & Life Science packaging solutions, is seeking an energetic, detail‐oriented Customer Service Representative who knowshow to efficiently and effectively manage customer expectations and process order requirements. Experience in the rigid and corrugated packaging industry is a plus in consideration of this key role. As a thought leader, the candidate should possess the ability to identify and implement efficient ways to improve existing business processes in order to accomplish Inmark’s primary objective of meeting the needs of its customers

Essential Duties and Responsibiliti

• es Generate & accept outbound / inbound telephone cal
• ls Assist an Outside Sales Representative by managing an assigned territor
• y.Conduct sourcing activities with suppliers in partnership with the Procurement team, including obtaining quotations, updating lead time dat
• a.Continually analyzes the marketplace, provides quotations to customers& keeps customer pricing curren
• t.Manages transportation responsibilities on behalf of Inmark as it relates to specific customer
• s.Processes requests for sample product& material
• s.Promptly & accurately manages all pricing disputes & issues related to retur

ns Qualificatio

• ns Associates degree in Business Management preferre
• d.3‐5 years of work experience in a Customer Service / Order Management ro
• le Possesses both initiative & problem‐solving skill
• s.Strong interpersonal, speaking& written skills in order to clearly articulate ideas, opinions, & recommendations so that others understand the
• m.Systems experience with MRP systems& Microsoft Office applications, with specific proficiency in effectively communicating through emai
• l.Prior experience in the packaging industry preferre
