Position

Description:

• Review Georgia DOT designs pre bid submittal
• Design Traffic Control Shifts
• Implement layout of Traffic Control Shifts
• Ensure correct implementation of Traffic Control Devices
• Teach/ train correct traffic control specifications and implementation
• Prepare reports as needed and directed by management
• Resource for managers to answer traffic control questions
• 50/50 Field & Office
• Procure pricing and quotes for traffic control devices and equipment
• Assist with company litigation by giving depositions and testimony

• People Skills — Meet with E.R. Snell managers, Department of Transportation officials
• Problem solving skills — Negotiate solutions that are safe and cost efficient for the company and owner
• Computer Skills — Write letters, submit and track deliverables, handle submittals, scheduling
• Team Work — Ability to teach and work well with others
