Field Service Engineer – Mechanical

We are hiring Field Service Engineers with strong PLC programming skills and mechanical expertise to support packaging automation worldwide. If you enjoy hands‑on technical work, travel, and customer interaction, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do- Program & modify Siemens PLCs (BNR a plus)
- Troubleshoot and repair packaging machinery (fillers, blowers, conveyors, labelers)
- Support equipment installation & commissioning
- Represent the company professionally at customer sites
- Travel 80–90% (3–6 weeks on assignment, 3–6 days at home)
- 2+ years in mechanical, electro‑mechanical, or automation roles
- Siemens S7/TIA Portal programming experience required
- Strong customer‑facing communication skills
- Valid passport (or willingness to obtain quickly)
- Comfortable with physical work & long hours
- Paid hourly + overtime (1.5x after 40 hrs, 60‑hour weeks typical)
- 6% annual bonus opportunity
