Bennett and Game are currently representing a geo-environmental and ground investigation consultancy who are seeking a Geo-Environmental Sample Manager to join them on a short-term contract basis. This is an immediate requirement to support the coordination of samples across a range of ground investigation and infrastructure projects.

This role would suit a graduate, junior geo-environmental professional, sample coordinator, project administrator or technically minded administrator with strong organisation skills. Full engineering experience is not essential, as the role can be learned on the job.

• Managing the coordination of geo-environmental samples, including deliveries and collections
• Liaising with clients, laboratories and internal project teams
• Preparing and issuing sample schedules to clients and relevant stakeholders
• Arranging transport, directions and logistics for sample movements
• Maintaining accurate records using Excel
• Supporting ground investigation teams with office-based coordination and administration
• Ensuring sample information is tracked correctly and communicated clearly
• Assisting with day-to-day project support across multiple live UK projects

• Previous experience in geo-environmental, ground investigation, laboratory, logistics, project coordination or technical administration would be beneficial
• Graduate-level candidates will be considered
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to work in the office 5 days per week in West London
• Able to start at short notice
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-led environment
