Overview
Earth Stream Global is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Scheduler to support the delivery of large-scale Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) projects. This role is suited to a planning professional with a strong background working on EPC power generation projects, providing schedule control, analysis, and reporting across all project phases. The Project Scheduler will play a key role in supporting project management teams by developing, maintaining, and analysing detailed project schedules to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and manage fully integrated EPC project schedules for CCPP projects from design through commissioning.
- Establish and maintain Level 3 and Level 4 schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project management teams to validate schedule logic and sequencing.
- Monitor progress against baseline schedules and identify critical paths, float consumption, and schedule risks.
- Perform schedule updates, progress measurement, and forecast analysis.
- Support mitigation planning and recovery schedules where delays or risks are identified.
- Prepare and present schedule reports, dashboards, and progress updates for internal and client stakeholders.
- Interface with cost control teams to support integrated schedule and cost performance analysis.
- Participate in project reviews, planning workshops, and schedule risk assessments.
- Ensure planning best practices and EPC procedures are consistently applied.
- Proven experience working as a Project Scheduler / Planning Engineer on CCPP or thermal power plant projects.
- Strong background working EPC‑side (Engineering, Procurement & Construction).
- Solid understanding of the full power plant project lifecycle, including:
- Engineering and design phases
- Long‑lead equipment procurement
- Construction and installation sequencing
- Pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and handover
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory); experience with other planning tools is an advantage.
- Experience developing and managing schedules for multi‑disciplinary power projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong reporting and documentation capabilities.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience working on international or large‑scale CCPP projects.
- Familiarity with claims support, delay analysis, and contractual schedule requirements.
