Mechanical Engineer Overview
- The Mechanical Engineer will focus on HVAC and building systems design for commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative mechanical solutions.

- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations in all designs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and refine mechanical designs for various building systems, focusing on HVAC solutions.
- Perform detailed load calculations and equipment selection to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Create and review HVAC layouts using Revit and other design software.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate mechanical designs with overall project plans.
- Ensure all designs adhere to current building codes and industry standards.
- Provide technical support and expertise during project implementation phases.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC and building systems design.
- Proficiency in Revit and HVAC-specific design software is essential.
- Strong understanding of building codes and industry standards.
- Experience in performing load calculations and equipment selection.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address design challenges.
