ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Do:
- Proactively build and maintain strong client relationships through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Meet with clients to gather and analyze financial information, goals, and risk tolerance
- Design personalized strategies for retirement planning, education funding, wealth protection, and estate planning
- Present and recommend a broad range of financial solutions, including life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, and other investment options
- Guide clients through implementation and conduct ongoing reviews to ensure strategies stay aligned with their evolving goals
- Partner with fellow New York Life professionals to deliver comprehensive, holistic financial solutions

What We’re Looking For
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine client‑first mindset
- Business‑minded spirit with a strong drive for achievement, growth, and independence
- Strategic thinker with sound judgment, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities
- Sales, customer service, or financial services experience is a plus — but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field preferred (not mandatory)
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued and a strong advantage
- Willingness to obtain a state Life & Health insurance license (full training and licensing sponsorship provided)
