- Full‑Time | $25+ per hour (based on experience, certification year, and other credentials)

You’ll Do
- Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy guided by a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Track meaningful progress through daily data collection and notes
- Collaborate closely with your BCBA to ensure effective, data‑driven care
- Support clients with behavior management and crisis intervention as needed
- Provide therapy in homes, schools, and clinic settings
- Active RBT certification
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Experience working with individuals in various settings
- Passion for helping individuals with autism thrive
- CPR not required at hire — we’ll help you get certified
