Activities Assistant

Anderson Mill Center for Nursing and Healing is now hiring an Activities Assistant!

We are seeking a compassionate and creative Activities Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll help bring joy, engagement, and meaningful experiences to our residents each day.

• Supporting the Activity Director in planning and delivering a variety of programs

• Leading and assisting with daily activities, events, and outings

• Providing one-on-one activities for residents who are bed bound

• Helping residents with crafts, games, and recreational programs

• Maintaining accurate documentation of resident participation and progress

• Building relationships with residents to support their social, emotional, and spiritual well-being

• A warm, caring, and energetic personality

• A true team player with excellent communication skills

• CNA certification required
