Key responsibilities of the Respiratory Therapist include:

• Provide critical care and pediatric respiratory therapy services
• Perform assessments of patients' respiratory conditions
• Develop and implement patient care plans in coordination with healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatments provided

Requirements of the Respiratory Therapist include:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications upon hire
• NBRC-RRT certification
• 0-2 years clinical experience with a minimum of 6 months in critical care
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with healthcare teams
