Key Responsibilities of the CT Technologist

• Execute all aspects of CT imaging including positioning, exposure, and radiation protection.
• Understand anatomy and pathology to ensure high-quality imaging procedures.
• Perform all ACR and manufacturer recommended Quality Control tests.
• Effectively communicate with physicians, patients, and staff to discuss clinical information.

Requirements of the CT Technologist

• ARRT-R and ARRT-CT certification required upon hire.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Radiology; experience in CT preferred.
• Graduated from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology.
