A Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) with outpatient neuro experience providing patient-centered rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities:Assess, plan, and implement therapy programs to improve daily activities, mobility, cognition, strength, and coordination. Develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, revise goals with patient input, and provide education, discharge instructions, and community referrals. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans adhering to departmental standards.
Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy; valid OT license; BLS certification. Effective communication, customer service focus, teamwork, and basic computer skills are essential.
