• Deliver respiratory therapy in high-acuity and critical care areas, including protocol ventilator management.
• Administer prescribed therapies and execute the evaluate-and-treat process based on patient needs.
• Provide patient and family education, coordinate activities, and support staff development.
• Participate in the education of new staff and contribute to ongoing professional development.
• Document care accurately, ensure patient safety, and adhere to clinical protocols and quality standards.

• Active Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Georgia.
• Certification:
  Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred or as applicable.
• Experience in critical care with ventilator management or equivalent exposure.
• Ability to work nights and 12-hour shift schedules in a hospital setting.
• Education:
  
  degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program (or as typically required for the role).
