As an HR & Payroll Coordinator
, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department by working closely with the HR Director and HR Manager. This position provides hands‑on experience across a wide range of HR and payroll functions and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the HR field. You will assist with daily HR operations, payroll, employee records, and special projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality at all times.

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, supplemented by a minimum of 1–3 years within an administrative and/or human resources setting. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
• Must have working knowledge of human resources best practices, and federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Must have strong skillset and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have excellent organizational skills, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work accurately with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all Human Resources matters.
