• Manage and process equipment orders for smart-home devices
• Perform technical troubleshooting and diagnostics on smart-home products
• Collaborate with the Customer Support team to assist with client installations
• Develop expertise in various smart-home platforms and integrations
• Ensure quality control in order shipping and provide excellent customer service

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong technical aptitude with problem-solving experience
• Proficiency in IT software and hardware systems
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
  
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Direct experience with IoT technologies (e.g., Z-Wave, Zigbee, MQTT) and smart-home systems
• Experience in systematic root cause analysis
