• Lead implementation teams through complex technical solutions using Appian and related technologies
• Support design, development, and testing activities for client projects
• Guide clients on architecture design, configuration management, and Dev Sec Ops  initiatives
• Create and document implementation best practices and knowledge base articles
• Provide mentorship and training to team members

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Appian solutions
• At least 5 years of related IT experience
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly

• Experience with Cloud Computing/IaaS (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with authentication methods (e.g., SAML, OAuth)
• Knowledge in data management and visualization/BI
• Experience in Dev Sec Ops  and/or Configuration Management
• Understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
