Help Desk Analyst_PC Technician

Position will assist end users in resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• JHMH interaction.
• New user setup.
• Service Desk Plus.
• Windows software updates Provides basic PC support to Hughston employees/physicians via desk-side assistance, email or phone. Follow up as necessary to ensure issue(s) corrected.
• Responsible for using prior expertise to determine the root cause of incident(s) reported to the IT department.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues with PC’s, laptops, network connectivity, printers and peripherals.
• Support the following platforms:
  Windows 11, Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Computers, Network Printers, and mobile devices.
• Assist as instructed with build out of computer systems for Clinic use.
• Escalate complex inquiries to appropriate IT personnel.

• Required:
  
  Must have prior experience with Software Installation with strong PC and Network troubleshooting skills.
• Required:
  
  Must have knowledge of Active Directory, Network printer installation, Set up and Troubleshooting.
• Preferred:
  Prior IT work experience in the field or related area.

  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred:
  Prior IT work experience in the field or related area.

• Required:
  
  Valid Driver’s License, satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR) and proof of insurance required for position on-boarding.
• Required:
  
  Annual MVR may be required per policy and procedure; background reports may be ran as needed throughout the course of employment.
• Preferred:
  Advanced education in this field.
• Preferred:
  Certification(s).
