BB Watkins State Farm Agency is seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting State Farm Insurance products and services to prospective clients, identifying leads, and helping to drive the agency's growth. Your contributions will be vital in expanding our client base and enhancing our reputation for exceptional customer service.

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote State Farm Insurance products and services.
• Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant client information.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents.
• Provide initial information to potential clients and answer basic questions about insurance options.
• Collaborate with agents to develop strategies for converting leads into clients.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
• Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn and develop knowledge in the field.
• Ability to handle rejection with resilience and maintain motivation to achieve targets.
• Good organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads efficiently.
  
  Professional and courteous telephone manner, representing the agency positively at all times.
• Strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency’s overall growth and success.

Compensation $37,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
